Growing up in Alaska I was introduced to the power of wild foods at a young age. I have spent many summers smoking salmon and collecting blueberries. The long dark Alaskan winters provided me lots of opportunity to explore recipes and improvise with exotic food pairings.
With Gather Tahoe I love that I have access to California's bounty to express myself and provide next level catered food experiences. When I am not out on a fishing boat you will find me brewing something up in the kitchen.
